In the running world, a bandit is any person that runs the course, enjoys the adrenaline and social camaraderie, and makes use of the race support but has not paid for the right to be there. In most cases, bandits are not warmly welcomed. But if you’re a runner or walker who wants to rebel on your birthday, then DFWRUNS has the party you can crash for free! We even have a gift for you!

Beginning this first month of 2012, we are re-establishing our Birthday Bandits Club. Each month, DFWRUNS will honor all who share a zodiac sign at one of our fun social runs with asphalt, lively cheers, a unique venue, libations of various sorts, planned routes, and even a special something just for the birthday dudes and dames. We’ve also created some “exclusive” birthday run celebrations so plan your carousing accordingly.
